We securely store all raw footage on a password-protected external hard drive for 60 days following the event. After this period, the footage is permanently erased using a secure deletion method. The final, edited “master copy” of the performance will be kept on the drive for one year, after which it will be deleted unless a longer storage period is requested by the school.
